The DC School Behavioral Health Community of Practice meeting on Wednesday, November 15, 2023 explored how to increase family and youth voice in school behavioral health through peer-to-peer models.
The meeting objectives are:
- Explore best practices and innovative approaches to improve family and youth engagement in school behavioral health.
- Describe the family and youth engagement goals in the school strengthening work plans (SSWP) 2023-2024.
- Showcase youth & family peer-to-peer models focused on elevating and amplifying family and youth voices in school behavioral health.
