Starting the New Year with Building Relationships: Creating a safe and welcoming school environment beyond the school walls
Creating a safe and welcoming school environment must include an even greater emphasis on well-being and developing community for staff, students, families, and community members. At this meeting, we will highlight evidence-based approaches associated with effective relationship-building practices. DC CoP Practice Group leaders will hold discussions on resources and strategies that promote community building and positive school culture that can be easily applied in schools.
